Dr. Yu graduated from the University of Saint Augustine in Austin, Texas with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her passion for helping people live pain-free and to have active lifestyles started after she personally suffered from a knee injury in college.
Dr. Yu has taken advanced coursework in manual therapy and dry needling and is currently enrolled in the IAR (Institute for Athlete Regeneration) fellowship program in order to advance her skills in Orthopedic manual therapy.
A Personal Notes
Her experience as a travel Physical Therapist has allowed her to work with diverse populations such as high school athletes, active military, worker's compensation and Medicare/Medicaid patients. Dr. Yu enjoys Acroyoga, salsa dancing, climbing and spending time with her friends and family in Austin, Texas.
